MakerDAO創始人提議重塑DAI穩定幣品牌，包括設計一個含有美元的新名稱:3月10日消息，在周四與社區成員的電話會議上，MakerDAO的創始人Rune Christensen表示，MakerDAO應該重新命名穩定幣DAI，讓“普通人”更容易理解。Christensen在電話討論中表示，品牌形象不佳可能會抑制其增長該協議的去中心化計劃，即“Endgame Plan（終局計劃）”。

Klaytn宣布推出KDAI，將更好地支持平臺生態項目:韓國區塊鏈技術公司Orbit Chain于今日宣布推出“Everydai”，通過與Maker Dao的戰略合作將Dai與其他區塊鏈聯系起來。而作為Everyday支持的第一個區塊鏈平臺是由Kakao的區塊鏈子公司Ground X開發的“Klaytn”。基于ERC20的Dai現在可以作為KDai（基于KCT—Klaytn兼容令牌）發送到Klaytn生態系統。這將使Dai擁有多個區塊鏈平臺，并由此產生更多的價值。

作為穩定幣的Dai已在以太坊網絡中證明了自己的價值，而Klaytn可以借助穩定幣可提供的穩定性將Dai納入其生態系統而受益。這也為Klaytn提供了獲得需要穩定資產的更多服務機會。[2020/8/19]
